Furniture Warranties

All of our products come with different manufacture warranties. Some are just 90 days while most are 12 months.

However, at Del Sol, we will always cover at least 12 months of warranty for all furniture products for the date of delivery.

For 180 days from the date of delivery, Del Sol will even include the labor of the repair free of charge for any manufacturing defective merchandise located within the Phoenix Metro Area. If you are out of our service area, we will ship parts to your home as best we can.

All damages during delivery, including wood damage (chips, cracks, or scratches) must be reported within 2 days of delivery or it will be considered in-home damage. Any visit that is not a manufacturing defect will have a minimum cost of a $49 trip charge.

All Warranties are to the original purchaser accompanied by a sales receipt.

Mattress Warranties

Del Sol’s objective is to offer you a great selection of quality furniture at the best available price and easy financing.

All mattresses have a differnet warranty period depending on which one you choose.

What is covered in a mattress warranty?

Mattress warranties only cover production or manufacturing defects. For example, your warranty would be valid and you would be covered if something were to go wrong with the structure of your mattress as a result of normal, proper use in a way intended by the manufacturer (like using the mattress for its intended purposes while having a firm foundation with adequate support).

All Warranties are to the original purchaser accompanied by a sales receipt.

Clearance Merchandise is sold as-is. There is no exchange, refund, return, or service.

What is covered in a mattress warranty?

  • 1. Anything wrong with the structure of the mattress (if it is misshapen, has missing stitches, or if there are size inconsistencies greater than an inch)
  • 2. Excessive sagging (usually defined as 1.5 inches of sagging in the absence of any pressure being applied)
  • 3. Unexpected damage, such as a spring popping out, or edges tearing where they shouldn’t
  • Damages or defects not reported within 2 days

What’s NOT covered in a mattress warranty?

  • Normal wear and tear
    • This means scuffing, deterioration, blemishes, corner threads coming out, or handles becoming slightly loose as a result of using the mattress for its intended purpose of being slept on
    • While normal wear and tear that happens as a result of normal, regular use of the mattress is not covered, other defects or shortcomings such as handles that are completely torn, coils that stick out, and squeaking ARE covered by most warranties
  • Damage such as bent border wires or torn mattress fabric that can result from either the transportation of the mattress, using an improper frame, or rough use such as jumping on the mattress
  • You are not given a guarantee that you will continue to like your mattress with the passage of time as much as the day you bought it
  • Bedding that is sold “as is” or floor models that are sold with any type of pre-existing damage
  • Body indentations less than 1 ½ inches (in some cases no more than .75 inches)
  • Unexpected lumpiness
  • The mattress exerting pressure on your body where you feel there shouldn’t be any
  • Inadequate support according to your personal preference

The last three reasons are directly responsible for decreased satisfaction over time as a result of regular use, and are why most people change their mattresses. Disputes occur because people think these should be covered under warranty, but they are not.
