Returns & Refunds

All sales made at a showroom or online are final. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Del Sol Furniture within 3 days you may exchange it or return it but a 25% restocking fee will apply. Delivery fees are not refundable at all as its a service that has already been provided.  Credit Documentation Fee is not Refundable. Delivery charge is not refundable once delivery has been made. Transport back to Del Sol Furniture is the customer’s responsibility. A full refund is not guaranteed and a restocking fee could apply depending on the condition of the merchandise.

Mattresses are not returnable

All refunds, except bankcards/credit cards, are issued by check from Corporate Offices and mailed to your home. Please allow ten (10) business days once your check has cleared.

Deposits on accounts with no activity for more than 30 days can be used for in store credit only.

All sales of display items or AS IS items are final.
